Peak Season (December 23rd to January 5th):

  • 1 Bedroom Standard Villa :US $40 Net / Night / Villa
  • 1 Bedroom Deluxe Villa :US $50 Net / Night / Villa
  • 3 Bedroom Villa :US $100 Net / Night / Villa

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 NOON

  • Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability

  • Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day

  • Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

MINIMUM BOOKING PERIOD:
Low Season: 2-NIGHTS
High & Peak Season: 5-NIGHTS

ACCOMMODATION RATES IS PER VILLA (NOT PER PERSON), PER NIGHT AND INCLUSIVE OF:

  • 21% Government Tax and Service Charges

  • Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car

  • Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa

  • Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks

  • Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay

  • Daily A la Carte breakfast at Jay Bistro Restaurant for 2 person per room

  • WiFi broadband Internet access from your own villa – usage charge – personal laptop with broadband enable is required

  • Daily shuttle service to Kuta, Legian and Seminyak center
